If you have an urgent issue, please contact us by telephone or go to the
nearest emergency facility.
Reminder: Note that we may or may not check our email constantly
during the work day and would encourage patients to think of the email
much like sending a postcard in the regular mail. It would be unwise to
mail us a postcard stating “CHEST PAIN, PLEASE CALL!” "BLEEDING,
PLEASE CALL!" or "CAN'T BREATHE, PLEASE CALL!", and the same
is true for email communications.
To make an appointment with IMASL doctors and nurses, please email
the office using the email address to the right or call us at 281-494-
4004. Remember, you will need to arrive 15 minutes early so the front
office and nurses can prepare you to see the doctors at your scheduled
appointment time.
